• British Airways — No credit for transatlantic flights to/from the US. Only 25% credit for discount economy.

• Finnair — No credit on certain routes.
• GOL — No credit for transatlantic deep-discount economy.

• Hawaiian Airlines — Only for flights within Hawaii.
